Every Rental Includes:
Free Local Delivery: Enjoy complimentary drop-off and pick-up within a 25-mile radius of Hartford, SD. (If your event is outside this area, please contact us for a custom delivery quote!)
The Train: You will receive our standard 4-car trackless train. (Please note: Specific train colors are subject to availability).
Full-Day Rentals (You Drive)
The best choice for all-day festivals, long events, or maximum flexibility.
You Provide the Driver: You will need to designate a driver for the train, but don't worry, it is as easy to drive as a riding lawn mower!
On-Site Orientation: When we deliver the train, we will walk you through everything you need to know to operate it safely and confidently.
Flexible Drop-off & Pick-up: We will deliver the train before your event begins and retrieve it after it ends. Please note that drop-off and pick-up may happen on the days immediately surrounding your event date, rather than the exact same day.
Hourly Rentals (Driver Included)
Perfect for shorter events where you want to sit back and enjoy the party!
Dedicated Driver: Your hourly rental comes complete with a professional driver to handle all the operating and navigating for you.
Hassle-Free Timeline: We arrive, drive for the duration of your booking, and pack up when your time is complete.
Add-On: Custom Sponsorship Plaques
Looking for a smart way to offset your rental costs? Let local businesses sponsor your train!
Fund Your Rental: Invite local businesses to contribute to your rental fee in exchange for advertising at your event.
Custom In-House Design: We manufacture custom 16" x 9" plaques featuring a crisp, black-and-white logo of your sponsor's company.
Prime Placement: The plaques are securely mounted directly to the sides of the train cars where all your guests will see them.
One-Time Fee, Free Reuse: You only pay a one-time manufacturing fee to have the plaque created. If you rent the train for future events, you can reuse your existing plaques absolutely free!
